When Samsung to unveil One UI 7.0 Beta

We have already written many times that Samsung is working on the One UI 7.0 shell. Thanks to our colleagues from SamMobile, we already know when the beta version of the interface will be released.

When We Can Expect It

According to the leak, Samsung is going to launch beta testing of the new system in the third week of August, although previously the company wanted to release the software in late July or early August.

The release had to be postponed due to the One UI 6.1.1 shell, which some flagship smartphones, tablets and foldable smartphones are expected to receive soon.

Flashback

One UI 7 will be based on the Android 15 operating system. The shell will get significant visual changes inspired by iOS 18 and HyperOS. Most notable will be the icons, which will have a rounded shape with a subtle 3D effect like in macOS or VisionOS. Users will also be able to customise quick actions on the lock screen. One UI 7 will also add a revamped notification panel, a new Camera app and more.
