Sony has unveiled the DualSense controller for PS5, with a design inspired by the new Astro Bot game.

To celebrate the imminent release of the colourful action-platformer Astro Bot, the Japanese manufacturer will release a limited edition gamepads. They are made in blue and white colours and resemble the cute Astro Bot characters.

DualSense - Astro Bot Limited Edition will be available for purchase the day after the game's release - from 7 September, and pre-orders can be placed from 9 August, but in Europe this option is (for now) only available to residents of the UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Austria and Portugal.

The device is priced at $/€ 79.99.

Let us remind you that in Astro Bot players can expect 6 galaxies, 80 levels, more than 15 new abilities for unique styles of passing, unusual and extremely colourful design of locations, as well as relaxed atmosphere and light humour. Amusingly, Astro will be travelling around the planets on a DualSense flying gamepad, and uses the PS5 to navigate through space.

Astro Bot will release on 6 September only on PlayStation 5.
