More than the Galaxy S24 Ultra: Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will get 16GB of RAM

New details about the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra flagship smartphone have surfaced on the internet.

According to insider Ice Universe, Samsung will increase the RAM of the novelty. That is, instead of 12 GB, the gadget will come with 16 GB. Most likely, all modifications of the smartphone will have this amount of RAM.

As for other specifications, the Galaxy S25 Ultra should get a new top-end processor Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, main camera with a resolution of up to 200 MP and AMOLED-display with a diagonal of 6.9 inches. The battery in the novelty will be 5000 mAh with 45W charging.

When We Can Expect It

If everything goes according to plan, the presentation of the Galaxy S25 Ultra will take place in early 2025. The gadget will debut alongside the other models in the series.
