Nothing, as promised, revealed its new smartphone on 31 July.

Here's What We Know

The new product is called Nothing Phone (2a) Plus. This is an improved version of the Phone (2a) model, which debuted in March.

The first difference of the novelty is the processor. Instead of the Dimensity 7200 Pro chip, the gadget received a more powerful SoC Dimensity 7350 Pro. It has two Cortex-A715 cores up to 3.0 GHz and 6 Cortex-A510 cores up to 2.0 GHz. The GPU uses the same Mali-G610 MC4, but it now runs at 1.3GHz.

Apart from this Phone (2a) Plus still boasts of an improved front camera. It gets a 50 MP sensor instead of 32 MP. The sensor supports 4K video recording at 30fps. As for the main camera, it is the same at 50 MP + 50 MP. The display in the smartphone is also unchanged - 6.7 inches, FHD+ AMOLED, 120Hz. The novelty is powered by the same 5000 mAh battery, but with 50W charging instead of 45W.

Out of the box, the Phone (2a) Plus runs Android 14 with Nothing OS 2.6 and integrated ChatGPT.
