HP OmniBook X and HP EliteBook Ultra launched in India: first laptops of the Copilot+ brand

HP has officially launched the OmniBook X and EliteBook Ultra in India following their announcement in May. The first laptops of the new Copilot+ brand are already available for pre-order.

Here's What We Know

The OmniBook X features a 14-inch IPS display with touch functionality, 2.2K resolution and 300 nits of peak brightness. The laptop is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite processor with Qualcomm Adreno graphics and a special 45 TOPS NPU for generative AI functions.

The device has up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage, and is powered by a 59Wh battery that provides up to 26 hours of battery life.

The OmniBook X comes with Windows 11, a full-size backlit keyboard, a dedicated Copilot key, a 5-megapixel infrared webcam, WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, two USB Type C ports, one USB Type A port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. Both models come with PolyCamera Pro, which provides virtual interaction and AI filters for video calls, including a spotlight and auto-framing.
