Kia has officially announced prices for the EV3 electric car: from 37,959 euros in the UK and 36,995 euros in the Netherlands

Kia has revealed prices for the new EV3 electric car in the UK and the Netherlands, which allows us to better assess its prospects in the European market.

Here's What We Know

In the UK, the base model with a 58.3 kWh battery costs from 37,959 euros, and in the Netherlands - 36,995 euros. The price of the 81.4 kWh version is €41,411 in the UK and €41,495 in the Netherlands.

For the 58.3 kWh battery, three variants are available - Air, Plus and Plus Advanced - with a range of 429 km for Air and Plus, and 408 km for Plus Advanced.

The model with the larger battery has a range of up to 600 km for the Air and Plus, and 571 km for the other versions. The EV3 is powered by a 150 kW electric motor, providing acceleration to 100 km/h in 7.4 seconds. The model also offers 460 litres of luggage space and an additional 25 litres under the hood.

All-wheel drive and GT versions of the EV3 are expected to be available in 2026.
