Is there really a new Fallout? Obsidian Studios is working on a new unannounced game

It is known that Obsidian Entertainment studio is working on two ambitious projects - fantasy RPG Avowed, which should be released in late 2024, and space strategy RPG The Outer Worlds 2, the release date of which remains unknown.

But it seems that this is not all the novelties that the famous company is working on.

Recently Obsidian team was joined by art director Daniel Cabuco, who mentioned on his LinkedIn page that he is working on some unannounced game.

Since Obsidian games have a huge number of fans and each new project of the studio is expected by millions of players, this news caused a strong reaction. Of course, gamers hope that the new project will be a game based on the Fallout universe, because Obsidian released Fallout: New Vegas, which according to many people was the best part of the series.

Given that the studio employs many of the developers who created the first instalments of Fallout, it's possible that Obsidian will return to collaborate with Bethesda.
