OnePlus Open will get a special version in red colour

OnePlus is preparing to release a new version of its foldable Open smartphone.

According to the manufacturer's teaser, the novelty will be shown next week - 7 August. The smartphone will enter the market with the name OnePlus Open Apex Edition. The novelty will get a red colour with a back panel made of artificial leather.

As for the specifications of the device, they are likely to be the same as the regular OnePlus Open model. That is, the smartphone will get two AMOLED displays at 120Hz. The gadget will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor paired with LPDDR5X RAM. A 4805 mAh battery with 67W charging should be responsible for the battery life of the device. The foldable smartphone will feature a 48 MP + 64 MP + 48 MP Hasselblad main camera and two front sensors at 20 MP and 32 MP.
