Riot Games has announced the full release of the console versions of the competitive conditional free-to-play shooter Valorant.

Here's What We Know

The developers conducted several sessions of testing the game on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series and made sure that it worked correctly. Therefore, finally, four years after the release of the shooter on PC, console players can join the hot battles.

The developers emphasise that so far the game in the League of Legends universe is available only in the US, Canada, Europe, Brazil and Japan, but soon they promise to expand the number of regions in which Valorant is available.

On consoles, the game supports the crossplay option, but PS5 and Xbox Series users will not meet MS gamers in matches. On all platforms, players will be offered the same Valorant content, but Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will receive the subsequent DLC for free and can unlock all characters at once.

In honour of Valorant's release on consoles, the developers have unveiled a new cinematic trailer titled "Invasion" (lnursions), which features a cute cat.
