Nothing Phone (2a) Plus goes on sale in the UK

The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus has started its global rollout and is now available in London for £399. US consumers will be able to get the new phone from 7 August via a beta programme for $399.

Here's What We Know

The phone has a 6.7-inch FHD+ OLED screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of 1300 nits. The back has a similar design to the Phone (2a) fingerprint scanner. The dual camera setup includes a 50-megapixel primary and ultra-wide sensors, while the front camera has a 50MP for enhanced selfies and 4K video.

It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7350 Pro SoC processor, 12GB of RAM, 8GB of virtual memory and up to 512GB of internal storage. The smartphone has liquid cooling, a 5000 mAh battery with 50W charging, Nothing OS based on Android 14, dual 5G, WiFi 6 and IP54 rating.

MediaTek is also reportedly developing the Dimensity 8400, which could outperform the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3.
