Samsung Galaxy M05 and Galaxy F05 receive BIS certification ahead of release in India

Samsung is preparing to expand its line of budget smartphones in India. The new SM-E055F/DS and SM-M055F/DS models, likely to be the Galaxy F05 and Galaxy M05, have received BIS certification. Both devices will support dual-SIM operation.

Here's What We Know

The new models will replace the Galaxy F04 and Galaxy M04, promising improved performance and a higher price. There are few details about the new models yet, but you can check out the Galaxy M04 specifications for a general idea.

The Galaxy M04 features a 6.5-inch HD+ display, Helio P35 processor, 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It has 5 MP front and 13 MP main cameras with an additional macro sensor and flash.

The phone runs on Android 12 with an option to upgrade to Android 14 and has a 5000 mAh battery with 10W charging support.
