iPhone 16 Pro Max will receive a 4676 mAh battery

Apple is preparing to launch new iPhone 16 models in September, and rumours from China reveal the exact battery capacity for the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max.

The iPhone 16 Pro will have a 3577 mAh battery, which is 9% more than the iPhone 15 Pro, which had a capacity of 3274 mAh. The iPhone 16 Pro Max will have a 4676 mAh battery, which is 5% more than the iPhone 15 Pro Max (4441 mAh).

The new models may benefit from improved efficiency thanks to an improved chipset and display.

Insiders claim that the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max will support 40W wired charging and 20W wireless MagSafe, which is a significant improvement over the 27W and 15W of the previous models.
