OnePlus has finally announced its first foldable smartphone, the OnePlus Open, which arrived in October after numerous rumours and official teasers. The smartphone has the same specifications as the OPPO Find N3. OnePlus has done its best to include the highest specs while keeping it as light and thin as possible.

Here's What We Know

The device is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. It has two LTPO AMOLED displays with a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz and a peak brightness of up to 2800 nits.

The 4805 mAh battery supports 67W SuperVOOC charging, which allows for a full charge in 42 minutes.

The main camera consists of a 48-megapixel Sony LYTIA sensor, as well as 48-megapixel ultra-wide-angle and 64-megapixel periscope telephoto cameras. The phone is available in Emerald Dusk and Voyager Black colours.

OnePlus Open is priced at $1699.99 in the US, $2299.99 CAD in Canada, and €1849.00 in Europe. The phone will go on sale from 26 October. Special offers include discounts for exchanging old devices and free OnePlus Buds Pro 2 headphones for first-time buyers.
