Under $100: itel prepares a budget smartphone A50

itel is preparing to launch a new budget smartphone, the A50 series, which will soon be available in India. According to FoneArena, the upcoming itel A50 has a 6.56-inch LCD panel with HD+ resolution.

Here's What We Know

The phone will be available in several colours: black, gold, blue, and green, and will have a dual rear camera setup with LED flash. The design of the new phone is reminiscent of the itel A70, and it is likely to inherit some of its characteristics.

Itel also announced a free screen replacement within 100 days of purchase, which makes the offer even more attractive. The estimated price of the itel A50 will be less than Rs 7,000 (about USD 83), which is in line with the brand's strategy of offering affordable solutions.

The new smartphone is expected to support LTE networks, although 4G or 5G support remains unknown. The itel A50 line may hit the market as early as next week.

Earlier, the company introduced itel Buds Ace TWS and itel Color Pro 5G.
