Lenovo Legion Y700 2023 received ZUI 16.0.336 update and now supports Xiaoxin Air wireless keyboard

Lenovo has announced ZUI 16.0.336 update for its Legion Y700 2023 gaming tablet, which debuted last July in China with an 8.8-inch 144Hz display and 16GB of RAM.

The new version, based on Android 14, adds support for the Xiaoxin Wireless Keyboard Air.

The update brings a number of new features:

  • improved visual experience with a new colour design;
  • improved Gaussian blur;
  • a new assistant for video calls that simplifies the setting of effects and sound;
  • support for quick keyboard shortcuts and new keyboard shortcuts.

In addition, the system is optimised to avoid freezing in games and improve animations during AI scanning. Users can also use the handwriting function with a connected keyboard.

Lenovo advises to back up important files before installing the update to avoid problems.

On the technical side, the Legion Y700 2023 is equipped with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, 12 GB of RAM, and 256 GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD. The tablet also has a built-in heat dissipation system, 13MP and 2MP cameras on the back, and 8MP cameras on the front.
