New Pixel Watch 3 feature: pulse loss detection and emergency call
Pixel Watch 3 attracts attention with its advanced architecture and innovative features. Thanks to the use of a hybrid Wear OS interface based on two chipsets, the new product provides up to 100 hours of battery life, which allows for new features such as pulse loss detection.
Here's What We Know
One of the main new features is the pulse loss detection function. Pixel Watch 3 uses sensors to detect possible serious medical conditions, such as cardiac arrest or respiratory failure. If a problem is detected, the device gives the user the opportunity to confirm their condition. In the event of no response or movement, the watch will automatically call the emergency services with the location and context of the situation.
This feature will first be available in Europe in September this year, and will be rolled out to other regions later. Pixel Watch 3 also supports well-known health and safety features such as fall and accident detection.
Overall, Google is focusing on smart and useful features, offering users significant health and safety monitoring capabilities without compromising on battery life.
