Xiaomi is preparing a new Xiaomi 15 series, and the Ultra model, which will be released early next year, is attracting particular attention. According to rumours, it will be equipped with an advanced camera, in particular, a 200-megapixel periscopic telephoto lens based on the Samsung ISOCELL HP9 sensor.

Here's What We Know

The sensor announced in June is used in Vivo X100 Ultra. The insider claims that the Ultra model will be equipped with a 200MP sensor and four cameras.

The HP9 sensor features a 1/1.4-inch optical format and 0.56-micrometre pixels. It delivers detailed images using tetrapixel technology and allows pixels to be combined to improve quality in low light conditions.

In addition, the HP9 supports a 2x or 4x zoom mode, which, when combined with the 3x optical zoom, provides up to 12x magnification. The sensor also improves light sensitivity by 12% and autofocus accuracy by 10%, delivering bright, clear images.
