Blizzard has shared important news about the development of the conditionally free-to-play online shooter Overwatch 2.

Here's What We Know

On the 20th of August the twelfth season of New Frontiers will start in Overwatch 2, which includes the following innovations:

  • new support heroine Juno, you can learn about her abilities in a separate material;
  • Clash mode with two maps;
  • Anubis landmark look for Reaper and a landmark look for Ana's weapon;
  • battle pass update;
  • off-season rating mode reset;
  • technical improvements, bug fixes, balance tweaks, and more.

But most importantly, Overwatch 2 will be available on Xbox Game Pass from 17 September. Since the game is free, players with a subscription will receive thirty bonus skins, prizes, and other in-game items. To get them, you'll need to link your Battle.net account to your Game Pass account by 21 October.
