The developers of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl continue to release interesting videos about the long-awaited shooter.

Yesterday the Ukrainian studio GSC Game World showed atmospheric locations of the Zone, and today the public was presented a video about the cutscenes.

Here's What We Know

A few days ago at the extensive gameplay show developers Stalker 2 said that the game will have more than three hours of high-quality staged scenes. In the new video viewers were shown the process of creating these clips, from frame-by-frame printing of scenes, to scanning every movement of actors and stuntmen, and their subsequent transfer into virtual space with the addition of graphics and texture overlay.

The quality of facial animation deserves special attention: it becomes obvious that this aspect of the game was extremely important for the developers, so in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl players will easily see every emotion on the characters' faces.

After watching the video it becomes clear why it took more than three years to create the cutscenes.

When We Can Expect It

Release of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl will take place on November 20 on PC and Xbox Series, the shooter will immediately appear in the Xbox Game Pass catalogue.
