Ukraine has created a UAV REX, it can drop munitions weighing up to 10kg and fly at a distance of up to 45km

Ukrainian engineers have created a new unmanned aerial vehicle.

Here's What We Know

The novelty was named REX. It is an unmanned system of full chain of destruction. It can find, fix, track and hit the target at a distance of up to 45 km, and then assess the result of the attack. REX is designed to drop different types of munitions (from 2 to 8 units) with a maximum total weight of 10kg. The drone can stay in the air for 1.5 hours. The declared maximum flight speed is up to 35 m/s.

The system has been developed taking into account the combat experience and requests of the military. Armadrone team in Ukraine and Poland worked on the development, which has 7 years of experience in creating strike UAVs. The complex has on board Israeli technology and components made only in allied countries.
