New World: Aeternum open beta testing will take place in September - Amazon invites everyone to participate
Amazon invites gamers to open beta testing of New World: Aeternum - an updated version of the failed MMORPG, which made a lot of noise in 2021, but rapidly lost its audience.
Here's What We Know
Testing will take place from 13 to 16 September on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series, and the ability to install the game will open on 11 September.
In the test version of New World: Aeternum will be available crossplay option, thanks to which users of different platforms will be able to play together.
During the event, players will be able to develop the character only up to level 30, and not all locations will be available for visiting. For participation in the test gamers will receive a set of Aeternian Adventurer cosmetic items and a unique title.
New World: Aeternum will be released on the 15th of October. The main goal of the re-release is to make the game available on consoles, but the PC version will also have a lot of changes and innovations: the developers will expand the story, which can be played alone, add more dialogue, introduce additional mechanics and challenges, offer a complex raid for 10 players and provide a new zone for PvP.
MS gamers who have purchased New World and the Rise of the Angry Earth expansion will get the new version of the game for free.
