Pixel 9 Pro Fold lacks some of the camera features available on cheaper Pixel 9 Pro models

Google has unveiled new Pixel 9 smartphones, including the Pixel 9 Pro Fold, which is the most expensive in the lineup. However, despite its high price of $1,799, the Pixel 9 Pro Fold does not have all the camera features available in the cheaper Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro XL models.

In particular, it doesn't get the Video Boost features, such as 8K video with AI and Super Res Zoom Video for 20x lossless recording, which are available on the standard Pro models.

The Pixel 9 Pro Fold offers HDR Plus video, Night Sight, and improved video processing speeds, but no advanced zoom features.

This may disappoint those who expected the most expensive device in the line to have all the features of its cheaper counterparts. For the best camera experience, Google recommends considering the Pixel 9 Pro or Pixel 9 Pro XL.
