OPPO A3 5G: 120Hz display, MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chip and 5100mAh battery for $190

OPPO has unexpectedly revealed a new budget A-series smartphone.

The model has been named OPPO A3 5G. The gadget received a 6.67-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The brightness of the panel reaches 1000 nits.

The OPPO A3 5G is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor paired with Mali-G57 MC2 graphics, 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB eMMC 5.1 storage. The smartphone runs Android 14 operating system with ColorOS 14.0.1. The gadget comes with a 5100mAh battery, 45W charging, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

As for the cameras, the OPPO A3 5G has three of them: a dual main camera with a 50 MP main sensor and a single 5 MP front-facing one.

The OPPO A3 5G is already available to buy in India at a price starting from $190. The smartphone is available in two colours, Ocean Blue and Nebula Red.
