Galaxy S25 Ultra battery capacity and charging speed revealed
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, which is slated for release early next year, has been spotted on Chinese certification site 3C listing its battery information.
Here's What We Know
According to a new leak from 91mobiles, the battery capacity of the new flagship will be 4,885mAh, which will be sold as 5,000mAh, similar to the Galaxy S24 Ultra. This indicates that there are no updates in this aspect. Also, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will support 45W fast charging like its predecessor.
Additionally, there are rumours that Samsung will change the naming scheme for the Galaxy S25 lineup, replacing "Ultra" with "Note". Thus, the Galaxy S25 Ultra could be renamed to Galaxy S25 Note, which makes sense given the replacement of the Galaxy Note series, while the Galaxy S25 Plus will be replaced by the Galaxy S25 Pro. The new smartphone is also expected to get rounded corners and will be the thinnest among the Ultra models with a body thickness of 8.4mm.
