Horror for fans of the classic: 24 minutes of Tormented Souls 2 gameplay unveiled

IGN portal has published an exclusive extensive gameplay video of Tormented Souls 2, which was announced in the summer of 2023 and has not hit the media since then.

Recall, the first part of Tormented Souls was released in 2021 and received a huge number of positive reviews.

Here's What We Know

The shown footage demonstrates that Tormented Souls 2 is made in the best traditions of horror games of the late 90s and early 2000s. First of all, this is expressed in the presence of a fixed camera, which often deliberately takes not the best angle and complicates the passage. However, in some locations the camera accompanies the heroine, which was not the case in older games of this genre.

Otherwise, Tormented Souls 2 is a classic horror game, in which players will have to wander around a huge luxurious mansion, solve puzzles, search for necessary items and, of course, fight monsters or escape from them.

Tormented Souls 2 looks somewhat archaic, but it's obvious that it's done on purpose. The developers cite Resident Evil, Silent Hill and Alone in the Dark among the sources of inspiration - and it can be felt from the first frames.

When We Can Expect It

Tormented Souls 2 is expected to release in 2024 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
