Huawei has confirmed that it is preparing to release a next-generation foldable smartphone.

Here's What We Know

The news was revealed by Huawei CEO Richard Yu during a handover ceremony for the Stelato S9 electric car, which is powered by HarmonyOS. During the event, a customer asked Yu about the launch of a smartphone that will fold into three. The CEO replied that the novelty will be released in September.

If rumours are to be believed, the gadget will be powered by the flagship Kirin 9000S processor. The device will also get a main camera with at least three modules and a thin body. The smartphone will come with a proprietary operating system. Unfortunately, there are no other details about the gadget yet.
