At Opening Night Live the famous game designer Peter Molyneux, who is famous for extremely ambitious and often unfulfilled promises, announced his new game.

Here's What We Know

The French game designer - author of such iconic games as Fable, Dungeon Keeper and Black & White - has unveiled Masters of Albion.

This is a game in the "God simulator" genre created by Molyneux, which, despite its name, is not connected with the Fable franchise (in this game the world was also called Albion).

According to the plot of Masters of Albion, magic returns to the world of the game, which generates a huge amount of chaos and a variety of monsters. The player will be offered to manage a small settlement, build buildings, arrange the life of the population, adjust all elements of the environment, directly influence the actions and behaviour of characters and fight back against enemies.

Due to the failure of several games, Peter Molyneux's reputation has suffered a lot, so it's hard to say whether Masters of Albion will be a success and whether this time the game designer will fulfil all his promises.

Masters of Albion release date is still unknown, the game is announced for PC only.
