SNK talks about the benefits of Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves Special Edition

SNK's highly anticipated fighting game, Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, now has an official release date after being revealed at Gamescom Opening Night Live. The game will be released on 24 April 2025 and will be available as a special edition for $59.99.

Here's What We Know

The special edition includes the base game with 17 playable characters, as well as Season Pass 1, which adds five additional characters as DLC. The first two DLC characters will be released in the summer of 2025, and the remaining three in autumn 2025, winter 2025, and early 2026, respectively. It is worth noting that only the Special Edition will be available at launch, without separate options for the base game and Season Pass 1.

Pre-ordering the game provides players with early access starting 21 April 2025 and a DLC costume based on Terry Bogarde's classic outfit from Fatal Fury 2. This costume is free for those who pre-order before 23 April, but SNK may offer it as a separate DLC at a later date.

Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves will be available on Xbox Series, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC.
