The gods go into battle: a new trailer for the epic strategy game Age of Mythology: Retold is unveiled at gamescom 2024

Age of Mythology: Retold will be released in early September and will be an expanded and improved version of the original 2002 game.

Microsoft and World's Edge studio presented at gamescom 2024 a new trailer of the updated spin-off of the Age of Empires series.

Here's What We Know

In the colourful video developers showed large-scale and spectacular battles with the participation of gods of Greek, Egyptian and Scandinavian pantheons and all kinds of mythological creatures.

Players are offered to "build their legacy" and take control of huge armies to prove superiority in bloody battles.

Age of Mythology: Retol is characterised by remarkable graphics quality and stands out from other strategies with highly detailed units and locations.

When We Can Expect It

Age of Mythology: Retol will be released on 4 September on PC and Xbox Series, including Game Pass.

Buyers are invited to purchase the premium edition to automatically receive two add-ons (when they are released) and the opportunity to start the game on 28 August.
