Thunderful Games studio unexpectedly announced a sequel to Lost in Random, an unusual game from 2021 that remained misunderstood by the general public.

Here's What We Know

The sequel is called Lost in Random: The Eternal Die and its protagonist will be the former Queen Alexandra, who seeks revenge on the Ancient Evil and regain her power.

Like the first part, The Eternal Die is a roguelite action game with a high degree of variation and replayability. Each new playthrough will be unique and unpredictable - specially for this purpose the developers added about a hundred new artefacts, each of which significantly affects the gameplay. You can make combinations of artefacts and thus build the character's abilities at your own discretion.

The events of Lost in Random: The Eternal Die once again unfold in a world where everything is decided by Random - this is emphasised both narratively and gameplay mechanics. Visual style hasn't changed in comparison with the first part, it's still hyperbolised and even a bit grotesque, which makes the game look unusual and interesting.

When We Can Expect It

Lost in Random: The Eternal Die is expected to be released in 2025 on PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch, and will immediately appear in the Game Pass catalogue.
