Xiaomi has released a new software version for the POCO X5 Pro smartphone.

The information was shared by our colleagues from Gizmochina. The firmware has received build numbers OS1.0.7.0.UMSEUXM, OS1.0.6.0.UMSINXM, OS1.0.6.0.UMSIDXM, OS1.0.6.0.UMSMIXM and it is already being distributed in waves to devices in different regions (Global, EEA, India, Indonesia). You can check for OTA availability in the gadget's settings.

The system weighs only 20MB and contains Google's August security patch. It closes various vulnerabilities in the firmware. There are no new features in the update.
