Redmi Watch 5 Active: 2-inch display, up to 18-day battery life and HyperOS on board for $33

Xiaomi, as promised, revealed the Redmi Watch 5 Active smart watch on 27 August.

Here's What We Know

The model received a rectangular body with IPX8 protection, a single control button and a 2-inch display with a peak brightness of 500 nits. It comes with Bluetooth calling feature and various sensors to track health indicators (SpO2, heart rate monitor, etc.).

The Redmi Watch 5 Active can track over 140 workouts and also monitor the user's sleep. The watch comes with a 470mAh battery. According to the manufacturer, this volume will be enough for up to 18 days of work. Out of the box, the novelty features the HyperOS operating system with the Alexa voice assistant. The watch also features SOS, phone search, theatre mode and torch.

Price & When We Can Expect It

Sales of the Redmi Watch 5 Active will start on 3 September, but only in India for now. The new product will be priced at $33.
