Mountaintop studio, which employs specialists who created popular online shooters Call of Duty, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Overwatch and Valorant, has announced the release date of the new Spectre Divide game.

Here's What We Know

The free-to-play online shooter Spectre Divide will be released on the 3rd of September and will be available only on MS for now.

The developers hope that their game will set a new vector of development of online shooters and in the trailer showed the main feature of the game: the match is in 3x3 format, but each player controls two characters, so there will be twelve heroes on the map.

With the help of this mechanics gamers will be able to instantly switch between their two characters, control different parts of the map, exchange weapons and items and cover not only their partners, but also one of their own heroes.

Spectre Divide is characterised by a striking visual style and gameplay that is fundamentally reminiscent of Counter-Strike. For destroying enemies you get money, which you can use to buy weapons and equipment at the beginning of each round. The one who wins more rounds wins.

It is noteworthy that the development of Spectre Divide was assisted by a famous cyber athlete under the nickname Shroud.
