Samsung has donated 5,000 Galaxy Z Flip 6 smartphones to participants in the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris

Samsung continues its tradition of supporting the Olympic and Paralympic Games by releasing special versions of its flagship smartphones for these events. In 2024, the company introduced the Galaxy Z Flip 6 Olympic Edition for the Summer Olympics in Paris and gave 17,000 devices to all participants. Now Samsung has announced that it will gift 5,000 Galaxy Z Flip 6 Olympic Edition to athletes participating in the Paris Paralympic Games.

This special edition smartphone features a unique design and exclusive services and apps pre-installed, including an eSIM with 100GB of 5G data, an unlimited free public transport card and several official Olympic apps. These features will help athletes discover new opportunities and connect with new people during their time in Paris.

Samsung is also organising special venues across the city to allow fans to immerse themselves in the Paralympic Games experience. The company is emphasising its long-term support for the Paralympic movement and aims to enhance the athletes' experience by giving them the new Galaxy Z Flip 6 Olympic Edition.
