We wrote that PlayStation State of Play is rumoured to take place by the end of September, where PS5 Pro may also be shown in addition to games. And now it has become known that some studios are postponing their games in order to make a release for the updated console at once.

Here's What We Know

Italian media Multiplayer.it talked to one of the developers at Gamescom, who said that he was "slowing down" the development of his game in anticipation of the PS5 Pro release. This is done in order to immediately release the game on the Pro version, and not to create a separate patch for the console in the future.

Wccftech media confirmed Multiplayer.it's statement and wrote that another developer has already received PS5 Pro specifications. The details are not disclosed, but he is sure that Unreal Engine 5 will work much better on the updated hardware.

So, we want to believe that by the end of the first month of autumn, we will really officially hear about the PlayStation 5 Pro.
