Ubisoft is aware of the problem with Star Wars Outlaws progression freezing on PlayStation 5 and has offered a solution: spoiler alert - you won't like it

Star Wars Outlaws will be released tomorrow, 30 August, but Gold and Ultimate owners already have access to the game, which, frankly, has many technical issues. Despite the fact that patch 1.000.002 was recently released for the game, which fixes many problems, the game still has serious glitches.

PlayStation 5 players are reporting a bug that causes them to get "stuck" in space at a certain point in the progression. IGN received a letter from Ubisoft in which the company expressed regret for the bug and recommended creating a new save and updating the game. Obviously, there is no solution for players with old saves who have already played a certain number of hours.
