Redmi 14C: Helio G81 Ultra processor, 6.88" 120Hz display and a capacious battery for $130

Xiaomi has unveiled a new budget smartphone Redmi 14C in the global market.

This is the first smartphone to feature MediaTek's Helio G81 Ultra processor. Available variants with 4/6/8GB RAM and 128/256GB of inbuilt storage, which is expandable via microSD card slot. A 5160 mAh battery with 18W charging support is responsible for battery life.

On the front, the Redmi 14C sports a 6.88-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The 13 MP front camera is cut into a drop-shaped notch. A fingerprint scanner is placed on the side.

On the rear panel is the 50 MP main camera with an additional lens. The remaining two cutouts are occupied by the flash and the sticker.

The Redmi 14C is available in Midnight Black, Sage Green, Dreamy Purple and Starry Blue colours. Xiaomi hasn't revealed official pricing yet, but the smartphone is already on sale at retailers in the Czech Republic with prices starting at $130.
