Netflix's new hit: animated series Terminator Zero gets rave reviews from viewers

A few days ago on Netflix streaming service premiered the animated series Terminator Zero from Skydance and Production I.G. studios.

Already by the trailers it was clear that the audience is expecting a dark and exciting spectacle based on the franchise, which is rightly considered one of the most iconic in the sci-fi genre.

Here's What We Know

Viewers highly appreciated Terminator Zero. On the first day after the premiere, the scores on Rotten Tomatoes reached 100% "freshness", but after two days fell to 95%, but this is a very high result.

Viewers appreciated the excellent animation, interesting plot, colourful characters, exciting atmosphere and the fact that the authors did not get rid of the brutality of the "Terminator" franchise.

The series has a lot of blood, violence, battles, drama and spectacular scenes. The main disadvantage of Terminator Zero, many believe that the series ends too quickly, but surely Netflix, with such high ratings of the series, will decide to continue it.

Interestingly, the critics did not think so highly of Terminator Zero and the average score on Metacritic is 68 points.

Recall, the plot of Terminator Zero will unfold in two time lines: in 1997, when Japanese scientists developed a competitor artificial intelligence Skynet, and the second line will show a full-scale confrontation between humans and machines in 2022.
