Netherlands to hand over 28 armoured all-terrain vehicles BvS 10 Viking to Ukraine

The Government of the Netherlands will provide Ukraine with 28 armoured two-link Bandvagn BvS 10 Viking all-terrain vehicles as part of its military support in the war.

Dutch Minister of Defence Ruben Brekelmans said that Ukraine today needs constant assistance in the fight against Russian invaders.

"The Netherlands is currently supplying 28 Viking tracked vehicles. The Marine Corps has trained the Ukrainian military for this. Our support for Ukraine continues to keep Russia at bay," he explained.

However, it is not yet known when the delivery of the equipment to Ukraine began and when it will be completed.

As a reminder, the training of the Ukrainian military on Bandvagn BvS 10 Viking began in the spring of 2023.
