The Ukrainian company Kvertus has demonstrated an electronic warfare system based on the Volya-E tracked unmanned platform.

Here's What We Know

"The unmanned tracked platform, which houses a universal electronic warfare system, is capable of moving 3-4 kilometres beyond the line of contact and working against both scout and reconnaissance drones and FPV kamikaze drones," explained Yaroslav Filimonov, CEO of the company.

The drone can also provide cover for infantry during assault, evacuation or demining operations.

"The Volya-E can stop UAVs at a distance of 1-3 km from the target precisely because the onboard equipment works simultaneously with the directional antenna. In addition, the drone can protect itself and people around it from enemy drones thanks to its dome antenna.

The platform has a maximum speed of 12 km per hour and a maximum payload of 150 kg. Due to its size and weight, the Volya-E platform is able to carry a large load on its own. It is worth noting that Ukrainian soldiers are already actively using the platform.
