GoPro has announced the launch date for its new line of action cameras.

Here's What We Know

According to the official invitation of the manufacturer, the event will take place on Wednesday, 4 September. At the presentation will show two new products.

The first camera is the Hero 13 Black. It will get a 27-megapixel sensor like the current model. The video recording capabilities will also remain the same: 5.3K at 60 FPS and 4K at 120 FPS. The camera is also expected to get HyperSmooth 6.0 image stabilisation and HDR features.

The most important update to the Hero 13 Blac will be a larger 1900 mAh battery, which will replace the 1720 mAh battery in the Hero 12 Black. GoPro is also likely to expand its range of action camera accessories, adding macro and ultra-wide-angle lenses, as well as Floaty accessories and a protective case.

As for the second new product, rumours suggest it will be a successor to the GoPro 11 Mini with HyperSmooth stabilisation and the ability to record slow-motion videos.
