Jason Schreier confirmed that Blizzard is developing an RPG shooter and promised to reveal some details about it in his new book

Yesterday we reported that Blizzard is working on an unannounced first-person shooter with RPG elements.

The information was obtained from the LinkedIn profile of Blizzard's production manager Chris McCabe, who soon edited his page.

Here's What We Know

Chris McCabe removed the mention of "FPS" and specified "project for PC and consoles", but did not delete his post, hence, some game is still in development.

Well-known Bloomberg journalist Jason Schreier confirmed the fact that Blizzard is working on a new game, not forgetting to promote his book Play Nice: The Rise, Fall, and Future of Blizzard Entertainment, which will be released in a few weeks. He said that in the book, readers will find information about this unannounced shooter, RPG, or game at the intersection of these genres.
