Samsung Galaxy M05 will be available in India soon enough

Samsung is gearing up to launch a new budget smartphone, the Galaxy M05, which looks like it will be announced soon.

The device's support page recently appeared on Samsung India's website, which usually indicates an official launch soon. The Galaxy M05 will be the successor to the M04 model launched in 2022 and will be in the lowest price segment.

While there are no specifications on the support page, we do know that the model number of the device is SM-M055F/DS. The Galaxy M05 has also recently received certification for sale in India from BIS. The new product is expected to have similar specs to the M04, which features a 6.5-inch LCD screen with 720x1600 pixel resolution and 60Hz refresh rate, MediaTek Helio P35 processor, 4GB of RAM and 64/128GB of inbuilt storage. The M04's cameras include a 13-megapixel main and 5-megapixel front-facing cameras, and a 5,000mAh battery with 15W wired charging support.
