According to TF International Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple may finally add a new cooling system to the iPhone 17 lineup. All iPhone 17 models will use a graphite sheet, and the iPhone 17 Pro Max will have an additional VC vapour chamber cooling system.

Here's What We Know

These innovations should significantly improve the heat dissipation and performance of the new devices.

The graphite sheets and VC cooling help to distribute heat evenly and reduce the heat of key phone components such as the SoC. This avoids overheating and ensures stable operation of the device. In particular, the iPhone 17 Pro Max will be able to better handle advanced AI functions thanks to 12GB of RAM, while other models will receive 8GB.

The iPhone 17 series is expected to include four models: iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Slim, iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max. The iPhone 17 Slim will replace the iPhone 17 Plus and will feature a smaller size and thinner design.

The design of the new models is likely to remain similar to previous versions.
