Samsung launches innovative Bespoke AI Laundry Combo washing machine in Europe with AI and heat pump features

Samsung has launched its new Bespoke AI Laundry Combo washing machine in Europe ahead of IFA 2024 in Berlin. This flagship device combines a washing machine and a tumble dryer in one compact unit, eliminating the need for laundry to be moved around.

The model is equipped with a heat pump and a large touch screen.

AI Wash & Dry uses artificial intelligence to optimise the washing and drying cycle, reducing energy consumption by 20% compared to Class A. The heat pump dries clothes at lower temperatures, which reduces shrinkage and cuts drying time by up to 60%.

The new product also features a 7-inch display to show information on energy consumption, wash cycle details, and control other smart devices via SmartThings. Built-in Bixby is capable of handling complex commands and providing assistance.

The Bespoke AI Laundry Combo has been awarded the "Diamond" IoT safety certification by UL.
