Marvel Rivals developers claim that 75% of the characters in the game are Marvel's biggest hits

Marvel Rivals enters the competitive genre with a unique advantage: a wide range of characters from the rich history of Marvel. It is not surprising that the majority of the roster will be made up of such iconic figures as Iron Man, Venom and Spider-Man.

According to executive producer Danny Koo, about 70-75% of the characters are "the biggest hits". However, the remaining quarter will be devoted to lesser-known characters, offering a fresh experience even for long-time Marvel fans. The development team has delved deeper into Marvel's history, promising "a few surprises" by bringing forgotten characters into the spotlight.

As a multiplayer shooter, Marvel Rivals is set to have constant content updates, so it will be interesting to see what lesser-known characters might be added to the roster in the future.
