In the absence of official news from Sony about the still-unveiled intermediate-generation PlayStation 5 Pro console, speculation on the subject continues online, with insiders and bloggers sharing their findings.

Here's What We Know

A few days ago, French journalist billbil-kun published a hand-drawn sketch of the PS5 Pro, based on a detailed description of his sources, and confirmed that the device will go on sale under the name PS5 Pro and externally will not differ radically from the base model of the console PS5 Slim.

Now blogger Dee Batch has shared his information, and has learned that the PS5 Pro will cost $600-650, and the console will go on sale on 25-29 November, most likely targeting Black Friday.

However, it seems unlikely that the PS5 Pro will be offered a Black Friday discount. It's more likely that Sony plans to capitalise on the general hype and release its new device.

The PlayStation 5 Pro is expected to be officially unveiled as early as September at a major show from Sony, which will be the State of Play or PlayStation Showcase.
