New enemies, 50 locations and organic matter grenades: Bethesda has revealed the new Shattered Space DLC for Starfield

A year ago the release of the space role-playing game Starfield took place. The novelty from Bethesda became one of the most controversial and controversial projects of recent times and received mixed reviews. Gamemakers released many major patches that fixed the bugs of the game and added options that players asked for, such as ground transport and city maps - they appeared in the latest updates.

The developers have big plans for Starfield development ahead, and they reminded about some of them in a special address.

Here's What We Know

On the occasion of the first anniversary of Starfield, Bethesda published a thank you message in which they thanked "millions of gamers who took a step into the unknown and joined the exploration of the mysteries of the galaxy".

The developers also reminded about the main innovations of the story add-on Shattered Space, which will be released on 30 September:

  • more than 50 locations on the planet Vaʼruunʼkai (Va'ruun'kai) await them;
  • new grenades made of organic matter will appear in the game;
  • new enemies.

Bethesda promises to share more details about Shattered Space soon, and we'll remind you that the add-on will reportedly resemble a space horror game in concept and will feature tense and even creepy moments that Starfield didn't have.

The game is available on PC and Xbox Series, as well as in the Game Pass catalogue.
