TCL announces NXTPAPER 14 tablet: large 14.3-inch display with NXTPAPER 3.0 technology for e-book-like reading experience
TCL has introduced the new NXTPAPER 14 tablet. The new product offers a large 14.3-inch matte LCD screen with a resolution of 2400 x 1600 pixels, which, thanks to NXTPAPER 3.0 technology, provides a comfortable reading experience similar to paper.
Here's What We Know
The tablet has three screen modes: default colour mode, colour paper mode to simulate e-books, and quasi E Ink mode.
Electronic paper, or e-Paper/E-ink, is a display technology that mimics the look and feel of regular paper. It provides a printing effect similar to a paper surface, but uses less power.
The NXTPAPER 14 is powered by a Helio G99 processor combined with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. There is no microSD card slot. The tablet is equipped with a dual front-facing camera and is IP54-rated for dust and water resistance.
Additional features include four speakers, face unlock, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0 and a 10,000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging. The NXTPAPER 14 runs on Android 14 and supports floating windows and auxiliary display functions.
The tablet will be available for 399 euros.
