YouTube bloggers Matthew Perkins (DIY Perks) and Arun Maini (MrWhoseTheBoss) have set a new record by creating a giant replica of the iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Here's What We Know

The giant smartphone is about 2 metres tall and weighs over 200kg. This is officially the largest iPhone 15 Pro Max in the world, which is confirmed by the Guinness Book of World Records.

For the huge screen, the bloggers converted an 88-inch LG Signature OLED TV. The housing uses an aluminium frame. Canon EOS R5 and Sony RX10 Mark 4 cameras are installed to simulate a telephoto lens.

The only thing that the authors couldn't recreate is the operating system, as Apple's iOS is closed source. Therefore, the giant iPhone runs Android.

The phone is not only big, but also fully functional: it can make calls, make contactless payment for purchases, take photos, etc.
